BOOK EARLY! DISCOUNTS ON FERRY AND ACCOMMODATION
- 10% discount on confirmed bookings by paying the 20% deposit 6 months in advance
- 5% discount on confirmed bookings by paying the 20% deposit 2 months in advance
- If you prefer to pay the cost of your holiday in advance, at least 2 months before check-in, you have an additional 5% discount!
- For a minimum stay of one week or more, excluding August, a 5% discount on the basic rate
- For a minimum stay of 2 weeks or more, excluding August, a 10% discount on the basic rate
- For a minimum stay of 4 days, except for July and August, a choice of welcome aperitif or bottle of local wine

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY IS FLEXIBLE
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made seven (7) days or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. For July and August, this deadline becomes 30 days, i.e. to receive a refund you must cancel with one month’s notice. This is because in Italy these two months are the ones in which guests are talking about holidays well in advance, it is difficult for us to replace a booking with a last minute one. We highly recommend that guests notify us as soon as possible if there are any changes to their travel plans. Cancellation requests should be made in writing via email or through our booking platform.
- Bonus Offer for Non-Refund Seekers: an exciting offer for you, if you want to postpone the date of your stay, in the terms we have listed above, instead of a refund, you can opt for a special bonus on your next booking with us. By choosing this option, you will receive a 10% bonus discount on your future reservation. The voucher will be valid for up to 24 months from its issue. This bonus offer is our way of expressing gratitude for your flexibility and understanding. To avail of this bonus, please inform us of your decision not to seek a refund when you cancel your reservation. The bonus will be applied automatically to your next booking with us

These prices as shown above include hot and cold water, electricity, gas, air conditioning
(if present), wifi, parking, bed, bathroom and kitchen linen (if present), dishes and personal
crockery, and for b&b only the weekly cleaning and sweet breakfast.
These prices do NOT include the mandatory final cleaning and sanitation (€ 50 per stay)
and the cleaning in the geodesic domes is on request.
They do NOT include the Sant’Antioco tourist tax
